Sanskruti Restaurant at Solapur was born out of our vision of serving
& patronizing 100% authentic hygienic vegetarian food.
We just try to make make it special out of keeping our food simple !!!
At sanskruti we truly stand unique with our cuisine & its needless to say we use best & highest quality of pure ingredients & fresh vegetables in our preparations, . We practice high standards of hygiene at our kitchen and the premises. We stand committed to give a fine dine experience to our guests & now also home deliver our food !!!!
Sanskruti Restaurant at Solapur was born out of our vision of serving & patronising 100% authentic hygienic vegetarian food. Initially we started with contemporary North & south indian cuisine at our restaurant. However off late we have always been keen in rediscovering the true essence of the word Sanskruti- we had long been thinking of relaunching the special food cuisine of the Solapur belt- Solapur city is greatly influenced by food from North Karnataka as our borders are just 20 kms away from this state hence solapur has a long history of being associated with Kannada speaking community, as unique as we have , our city has a cross culture of food from a many different communities that form a spectrum of a refined food cuisine that Solapur has always been special.
As a child I had great influence from a neighboring family, the ladies there in the home would make Shevaya (indian noodles) by hand, that aroma & fragrance still lingers in my mind which deeply caught my attention & I have tried to discover a many of those house hold recipes of Solapur to our kitchen.
Not only we restrict to think of what is cooked well in our own city but our curiosity to bring in more aroma made us travel far until the princely palace of Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu encompassing, Hubli, Bangalore & Mysore in our quest to have the finest cuisine cooked delicately & served with love to our discerning guests.
We did a lot of research to fuse our menu with some additional flavour of the better known Peshvayi culture of Pune, incidentally my wife comes from a Gokhale family of sadashiv peth & there was a great exchange of speciality Marathi Kokanastha brahmin food making its way to the kitchen of Sanskruti & you must simply taste the Aluchi Bhaji, Masale Bhat, Sol Kadhi, Purnachi poli etc thats a signature of our delicacies.
So here we are today, shortly adding some delights from Rajasthan & Gujrat, the fusion of combining different genre of food sensibly only brings in joy to give a wide range of food palette to our special afternoon thali which will only give you a feel to have a homely food blessing.

While our Journey in the food industry dates back to the 1980s our family members were the first to bring a whole new cuisine to the city of Solapur.
Sanskruti Restaurant was established in 2010 at 77 railway lines Solapur & ever since the association & bonding our guests have with our hotel comes out of years of perseverance of quality control & attention to detail that our recipes have never changed since than.
Understanding that people wish to have street food under hygienic quality preparation we have now begin to make Pav bhaji, pani puri & chat items at Sanskruti.
We would take an opportunity to mention that our food items like especially the Zafrani Subz Biryani has taken years of research to indulge & prepare the Finest Biryani by using the most minimal but purest ingredients that are available in the market.
